Man where do I start??? I expected the GOUNOD Patellar Tendon Support Straps to work good but not this good!!! My knee had been clicking, popping and hurting really bad before I tried these but after using them for a few days the pain subsided so much that I almost walked out of the house without putting them on because the pain had subsided so much!!! I will say this though, make sure to measure the circumstance of your knee for the best possible fit.

Really like these! Knocked star off bc the straps are flimsy and bunch up behind the knee. They do include an extra set of straps, though, so would go 4 1/2 stars if half stars were allowed! These are much more comfortable and adjustable compared to the silicone straps I've used in the past.
